Human Resource Development  The Department of Human Resource Development is responsible for giving the USG officers training modules to better equip them with necessary skills. Also, the HRD will spearhead teambuilding activities, evaluation schemes, and membership development tactics and maintain a system of unity and teamwork in the USG. The department coordinates marshalling teams for USG events. The HRD also takes charge in profiling officers, documentation, attendance monitoring, and spiritual growth projects. |
