Executive Secretary
 The Executive Secretary of the USG is responsible for the keeping of all the official records of the office. Furthermore, she is tasked with recording official Executive Cabinet meeting minutes. The Executive Secretary is also in-charge of receiving and sending correspondences for the general Executive branch. |
